iFarmer Technologies ("StitchLuxe", "we", "us", or "our") provides SaaS solutions for tailoring shops, fashion boutiques, and bespoke ateliers. We respect the confidentiality of your boutique's business records, artisan payroll details, and your clients' body measurements. We never sell, rent, or monetize your boutique or customer data.

2. Information We Collect

• Shop Account Data: Business name, shop slug, phone number, email address, GSTIN, and business address.
• Customer Profile & Measurement Data: Customer contact details, garment measurement dimensions, fitting notes, and posture allowances.
• Media Uploads: High-resolution fabric swatch photos, embroidery references, and garment design sketches uploaded by merchants.
• Staff & Payroll Information: Artisan names, assigned roles (Cutter, Stitcher, Finisher), attendance logs, and piece-rate earnings.
• Payment & Billing Credentials: When you connect your Razorpay account, your Key Secret is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption before storage.

3. Automated Cloud Storage Retention & Cleanup

To optimize cloud storage and protect customer media privacy, StitchLuxe features an automated lifecycle retention policy. Garment swatch photos and reference images stored on AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2 may be purged after a shop-configured post-delivery window (e.g. 60–90 days). Numerical measurements, billing records, and tax invoices remain archived permanently.

4. Data Security & Storage Locations

All data is transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption and stored in secure data centers located in Mumbai (ap-south-1), India, in compliance with Indian data sovereignty guidelines. Daily encrypted database snapshots are maintained with automated disaster recovery protocols.
