1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing the StitchLuxe merchant mobile app, or setting up a public online storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing
StitchLuxe offers recurring subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Indian Rupees (INR). You agree to provide valid billing and GST details. Unpaid subscriptions may result in suspended access to premium features after a 7-day grace period.
3. Merchant Storefront & Direct Payments
When utilizing the StitchLuxe online storefront feature, you act as the merchant of record for all apparel or stitching sales made to your end customers. StitchLuxe is a software provider and does not hold or process customer funds; card payments flow through your connected Razorpay credentials, and UPI payments flow directly into your bank account via your VPA. You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, quality assurance, and tax remittances.
4. Fair Use & Storage Retention
To preserve platform reliability for all ateliers, photo uploads are subject to fair use limits. StitchLuxe reserves the right to enforce storage lifecycle cleanup for older delivered order images as specified in our product documentation.
